WordPress theme can be installed by uploading the theme wordpress files to the FTP server, or from the theme wordpress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
Easiest way is through the Dashboard:
Login to the tema wordpress gratis Administration area
Select Appearance
Select Themes
Select Add New Themes (or activate one of the available themes)
